Social Responsibility Project from EMU Department of Computer Engineering

Within the scope of their social responsibility projects, the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Engineering Faculty, Department of Computer Engineering delivered a Game Program Development Course to all third grade students at Alasya Primary School.

The students were divided into 3 groups and received a three-hour long course on the 10^th, 17^th and 24^th of October 2019. During the courses delivered at the Computer Engineering Laboratories simple game programs were developed and tested. At the end of the courses, certificates were delivered by Department of Computer Engineering Chair Prof. Dr. Işık Aybay, Vice Chair and Course Organizer Asst. Prof. Dr. Yıltan Bitirim, Department Assistants and Form Teachers. The Department of Computer Engineering social responsibility projects will be continuing with the Geçitkale Primary School in November.
