Decisions taken for the students residing in the provinces/districts affected by earthquake.

Dear Academic Staff and Students,

Please be advised that decisions taken for our students residing in the provinces/districts included in the state of emergency after the earthquake or Syrian students affected by earthquake are as follows: 

  1. Regardless of their date of application, the aforesaid students will be able to freeze their registration for the 2022-23 Spring Semester without being subject to any fees, including the student services fund, if they make a request (applications can be submitted through the online system). 

  2. The right for course registration will be granted until 14 April, 2023 without any payment, regardless of the outstanding financial obligations for the 2022 - 2023 Academic Year Spring Semester and the 2022 - 2023 Academic Year Spring Semester tuition fees. Upon students' approval of the message posted on their portal, the right for course registration will be available for them. 

  3. The course registration process for the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year Spring Semester will continue until 14 April, 2023. 

  4. No attendance requirement will be sought for the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year Spring Semester until 14 April, 2023.  

  5. For the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, course approval procedure with advisors can be carried out online.  

No late registration fees will be implemented for the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester.
