There are many free-to-members ACM e-Books and ACM e-Courses on Semantic Web, Web/Internet programming and others. Check TOP TEN courses of the last month.
Similarly, you may have access to relevant e-books sources such as EBRARY & SAFARI through EMU Library online databases.
